Potential development of land adjacent to Woodhouse Lane and Blasford Hill (Feb 2019)
Chelmsford City Council has in its emerging local plan proposed that land adjacent to Woodhouse Lane and behind Blasford Hill is set aside for development. The outcome of the consideration of the Local Plan by the inspector is awaited.
In the meantime Bloor Homes has indicated that it wishes to develop the land such potential development to include a second access road to the Hospital. The proposals are at a very early stage with no formal planning application submitted as yet. It is anticipated that Bloor Homes will hold a public exhibition and once the date for that event is known it will be published on this website.
