The Parish Council has two allotment sites -
The Blasford Hill allotment site comprises 29 plots of differing sizes and a Community Orchard. The tenants have been acitively improving the orchard by creating a wild flower area, a bug hotel, bird boxes and a picnic table as well as planting new apple trees. The Parish Council was able to acquire new apple trees from the Orchard Trust which were planted in December 2019.
The Water provision on site has recently been upgraded in April 2019 and thanks go to a local firm NJB Building Services for carrying out the work and to the Tom Amos Fund for the grant to enable the work to take place.

There is also a site behind the recreation ground at The Street which has recently been upgraded. Again to enquire about plot availability please contact the Clerk.
