The Children's play area is located behind the Memorial Hall and offers play facilities for the younger members of the community.
Over the last couple of years the Parish Council has installed new play items on site -
The twin peaks climbing frame below was purchased from Sutcliffe Play in March 2017 with the assistance of a grant from the Essex County Council Community Initiative Fund. It has proved a popular item in the play area especially with the music pipes at the far end of the equipment!
The roundabout below was purchased from Wicksteed play in March 2019 again with the assistance of a grant from the Community Initiative Fund.
In 2021 the main pathway and the safety surfaces around the slide and the rocking horse were upgraded.
