Update regarding anti-social behaviour

Little Waltham Parish Council has been concerned to receive a number of reports regarding anti-social behaviour in the recreation grounds in the village centre.  Reports have been received of young people gathering on the field until the early hours of the morning making a lot of noise, playing music and smoking which has disturbed neighbours.  Drug paraphernalia has also been found by residents and the issue of litter has become a very real problem as well.

The advice to residents is always to report such issues to the Police https://www.essex.police.uk/

The Parish Council was happy to welcome Commander Kelly Thurston to the Parish Council meeting on 1 September 2020 on Zoom who listened to issues that were raised and agreed to organise an operation to target the issue.
