Little Waltham Parish Council have been notified that Wheelers Farm has applied for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. This includes the sale of alcohol and events (playing music) Mondays – Sundays, 0900 until 2300. Catering for up to 3,000 people.

You may also represent a person, who is an interested party, who has asked you to speak on their behalf, however, in this instance you can only speak on the points raised by that interested party in their written representation and you will not be permitted to add your own personal views.
Any such representation made must be made in writing and be received by the Licensing team within the 28-day consultation period. It must be relevant to the four licensing objectives, which are:
– The prevention of crime and disorder
– Public safety
– The prevention of public nuisance; and
– The protection of children of harm
