In its local plan Chelmsford City Council set out certain areas for strategic growth and development and one of those sites is at Blasford Hill. Bloor Homes wishes to develop the land and has obtained approval for a masterplan for that area.
Bloor Homes has now submitted an application for outline planning permission and has applied to construct 550 houses, a local centre and formal and informal open spaces and associated infrastructure.
